tems purchased from The Shilla I'PARK Duty Free Shop are exempted from tax, so they can be purchased on the condition that they will be carried outside the country to be used or consumed overseas or provided as gifts to overseas relatives.
And if duty-free items purchased from The Shilla I'PARK Duty Free Shop are brought back into the country on your return, you must declare it to the customs, in case the total price for the specific items combined with other items purchased abroad exceeds US$800.
If a passenger fails to declare, a surtax will be imposed on the undeclared items, and if a passenger deliberately does not declare or makes a false declaration, the person may face penalties according to Tariff Act.
The identity of the person who purchases items from The Shilla I'PARK Duty Free Shop and details of the purchases are recorded and managed by the computer system of Korea Customs Service. So, those travelers who have purchased over US$800 worth of duty-free items may be checked at the customs on entering the country based on the electronic records in the possession of Korea Customs Service.
A person who voluntarily declares items exceeding the tax exemption limit will be rewarded with a 30% cut in tariff. If surtax is imposed more than twice within 2-years´ period due to failure to declare, the surtax level will rise to 60% of the tax amount from 40% (Effective as of February 2015).
1.A customer who wants to replace or refund a product can do so within 30 days from the date it is picked up.
2.Replacement or refund is impossible, in case a product is lost or damaged for reasons that the customer is responsible for, or the value of the product is significantly reduced from its use by the customer.
3.If a product is different from how it is described or advertised or is defective, a customer can replace or refund it within 3 months from the date it is delivered or 30 days from the date the customer learns or can learn about the problem.
4.Replacement or refund of a product is processed according to Tariff Act, and in case of refunds with personal reasons such as change of mind of a customer, the customer will be charged for shipping.
5.Even when a customer is eligible for replacement or refund, it requires compliance with the following procedure as specified by Tariff Act.
A. Goods exceeding $800 that are subjected to replacement or refund
The customer must request replacement or refund from overseas via international post, or declare and entrust the items to the customs when entering the country.
B. Goods that worth $800 or less that are subjected to replacement or refund
A customer may have the items replaced or refunded without international mailing or declaring and entrusting them to the customs.

In case your trip abroad is canceled, please notify Customer Center and visit it at the earliest to cancel your order.

All customers must hold their passport and travel information(departure date, airport, flight or voyage stated e-ticket, itinerary email etc) to make a purchase.
Customers may start purchasing products at a duty-free shop 60 days prior to departure.
